Before we start I thought you might like a quick tour of North Witchwood.

North Witchwood - a new, exclusive resort, just a short ferry trip from the mainland. But then the recession hit, contractors pulled out, work ground to a halt. The main infrastructure is there, roads, water, electric... if someone knows how to hook it up.
